Bay Terrace - The Bay Terrace/Paradise Hills neighborhood has some of the most affordable housing in San Diego. Average condo price ~$240,000

Bay Terraces - Bear River Row 1980 3 bed 2 bath condos around 1183 square feet.
Hillsborough Meadows - On Manzana Way these 80s condos can be purchased for around $250,000 with a $150 monthly HOA fee.
Meadow Run - Built in 1980 these older Townhouses have 4 bedroom 3 bath units. They can be found in the low $300s and have a low HOA fee at around $115 each month.
Paradise Hills - These are some of the more expensive townhouses on Manzana Way. They are around 1500 square feet and have 3 beds 2.5 baths. They were also built in the mid 80s.
Paradise hills - Alta View Drive condos There are several of these units for sale in the mid $200s. They have a swimming pool, bbq, exercise room, spa, and $240 a month HOA fee.
Southbay Terrace Townhomes On Manzana Way, These townhouses built in the mid 80s can be purchased for less than $300,000. They are quite affordable and are a spacious 3 bed 3 bath 1,600 square feet. HOA fee $163 month
Terrace Green - Located in the Paradise Hills neighborhood and on Casey Street this complex built in 1980 has 3 bed two bath townhouses that sell for around $300,000.
Wimbledon Racquet Club On Alta View Drive in San Diego - This community sounds like it will be a newer upper end high rise, but its actually an affordable 1982 complex with tiny rooms.

Carmel Valley - Average Price $470,000

Andalucia Newer condos built in 2002. Charming units with fireplaces, Swimming Pool, Spa, Clubhouse, and Exercise Room. The Andalucia Condos on Mykonos LN in the Del Mar area have spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath units with over 1200 square feet and can be purchased for about $500,000.
Arbor Lake This well landscaped and maintained community was built in the 1980s. It contains smaller townhouses, tennis courts, Pool, Hot Tub, and Club House.
Cambria 1986 Condos that are found on Tiverton RD. Two bedroom 2.5 bath 1200 square foot units can be purchased for around $500,000 in Cambria.
Camino Villas - These condos on 3534 Caminito El Rincon have small 2 bedroom units and a $220 monthly Association Fee.
Caminto Del Mar Surf Medium sized 1980s condos. HOA fee of around $360 a month.
Carmel Pointe Finally a Pointe worth living. These units are new (2002), small 700 square feet, but affordable in the mid $200s.
Chateau Village The Chateau Village on Ruette De Ville had 3 bed 2.5 bath 1500 square foot units for around $600,000.
Crest at Del Mar Built in 1999, the 2.5 bath , 2 bedroom units are around half a million with a $210 Association fee.
Del Mar Highlands On Acminito Mira Del Mar - 2 bed 2.5 bath units can be purchased for around half a million. Assocation Fees are a little over $300.
Del Mar Villas These little Carmel Valley Condos have some small 866 square foot 2 bed 2 bath units in the mid $300,000.
East Bluff Built in the late 80s these well maintained houses have a steep price near 3/4 million.
Elysian These contemporary condos on Carmel Country RD were built in the early 90s. The home owners fee is about $200 a month.
Halcyon Contemporary Condominiums on Carmel Creek Road built in the late 80s.
Montemar - The Montemar townhomes are some of the more expensive condos in Carmel Valley, but they are large, and have one of the lowest HOA fees at only $120 a month.
Pac Highlands Ranch These newer condos in San Diegos Carmel Valley will run a little over $500,000 for a 3 bed 2.5 bath 1563 square foot unit.
Pacifica This complex located on Creststone Place has units with 2 bed 2.5 baths, and was built in 1991.
Palmero The Palmero Complex has some small condos, 2 bed units but less than 1000 square feet. They were built in mid 90s, and have a low $125 Association fee.
Palmilla - The Palmilla Townhomes are nice 90s units with two car attached garges. They can be found on Jadestone Way in Carmel Valley.
Pell Place These tiny condos of Del Mar Heights hvae 1 bedroom units with less than 800 square feet for more than $300,000. They are fairly new, built in 2005. There are also larger 2 bedroom 1020 square foot units for around $470,000.
Sunland Sorrento Located on Caminito Inocenta, these are some of the largest condo homes in Mira Mesa. Some units are 4 bedrooms and almost 2300 square feet.
Sunstream Built in 87 Sunstream offers some 3 bed 2.5 units for around half a million.
The Groves Another 80s complex with standard ammeneties, Spa, Barbeque, Clubhouse, Playground, Recreation area, and some Tennis Courts.
The Heights The Heights of Carmel Country RD are newer condos of 2003. The 1 bedroom units arent big, 830 square feet, but they are pretty stylish and have a nice pool, exercise room, and common areas.
The Lakes With its landscaped streams and lakes, The lake community provides a tranquil atmosphere. It has decent sized 2 bed 2 bath condos with over 1100 square feet.
Tierra Mesa Built in the early 90s these condominiums in Mira Mesa have attached t car garages, e beds two baths, and nearly 1800 square feet.
Tierra Mesa Nice! - These 2,100 square foot townhomes on Caminitio Inocenta can be purchased for around Half Million for a four bedroom house.
Via Candidiz Newer condos with an affordable $130 monthly HOA fee. Two bedroom units can be purchased for around $450,000.

Claremont Mesa East - Most of thes units are small 1 and 2 bedroom condos that were built in the 80s and have an average price of about $250,000.

Balboa Arms These newer condos built in 2006 have only 827 square feet, but find a way to pack in 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in a $300,000 unit.
Clairemont Mesa The Clairemont Mesa condos on Clairemont Mesa Blvd have 2 bed two bath units and can sell anywhere from $220,000 - $300,000
Heritage Park East The Heritage Park East homes on Beadnell Way are some of the cheaper condominiums and the 1 bedroom units can be purchased for close to $250,000.
Hidden Canyon The Hidden Canyon Condos on Marlesta Drive sometimes have 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.
Linda Vista Linda Vista on Stalmer Street is one of the older San Diego Condo complexes. Built in 1980 a 3 bed 2 bathroom unit with 1224 square feet can be putchased for around $350,000.
Mission Village West These beauties on Marlesta Drive are 80s condos that sell for a new price.
Montclaire The Montclaire Condos in Clairemont on Mount Alifan Drive are older 1981 condos that usually sell in the $300,000.
Pueblo Lands - Pueblo Lands Condominiums on Linda Vista are older complexes built in 1978.
Village Woods -The Village Woods in Linda Vista on Ashford Street are some of the oldest condominiums in town. Built in 1975.

Core - Colombia - The Average sales price of condos in the Core - Columbia isnt cheap. Almost 1 million dollars. Conveniently located between the beach and San Diego City College. Housing here comes at a premium.

Ash Street Lofts The lofts at 350 W Ash Street are almost affordable, yet tiny. For $300,000 you can get a 525 square foot loft. Some of these Urban Homes are a little bigger, and more expensive.
Cortez Blu The Cortez Blu Condos on Ash Street has some of the least expensive housing in the Core - Columbia Area. These units can sell between $300,000 and $500,000
Cortez Hill Also Located on Ash Street this Yellow High Rise has some tiny 500 square foot apartments for more than $300,000.
Cortez Villas These Villas on 8th Ave have some larger units with nearly 1400 square feet for nearly $600,000.
East Village The East Village High Rises on Park Blvd provide pricey little aptments with a contemporary feel. This property is pretty new, built in 04, but at half a million for less than 1,000 square feet, youre paying for it. Located in the Ball Park District.
El Cortez Another Ash Street highrise complex with tiny units. This condo conversion was built in 1929, and actually has homes for less than $300,000.
M2I On 10th Avenue. M2i was built in 2005.
Park Boulevard West These 2004 Condominiums have small 780 square foot one bedroom units for around $300. The two bedroom units are close to $400K, The complex is on 11th and Park Blvd.
The Grande The name says it all. The fairly new Grande condominiums are located downtown but close enough to the Ocean for ocean views. A 1 bedroom condo can run you half a million, and the HOA fee is more than $600 monthly.
Towers of Columbia The High Rises on the Pacific Highway are Grande. 1 bed. 1.5 bath, around $600,000.
Treo Building The Treo Building has several condos for sale. A high rise condo on Front Street.
Union Square Located on C Street in Down Town San Diego. These units built in 03 have 3 bedroom units for less than half a million.
